his is our second project executed for Ms. Mariketty Grana, the owner of Thalassa. The master plan layout features a beautifully staggered Bali-style cottage arrangement, carefully planned to ensure privacy, optimise natural wind flow, and capture uninterrupted views of the surroundings. The architecture instantly elevates the property’s charm with its tropical, resort-like aesthetics. Inside, the layout includes a spacious bedroom seamlessly connected to a cosy lounge and TV area, creating a warm and inviting ambience. Large sliding doors open into the outdoors, allowing abundant natural light and enhancing the airy Bali-inspired feel. The highlight of this unit is its private 14 ft × 8 ft pool, complemented by a serene wooden deck—perfect for unwinding, relaxing, and soaking in the tranquil views. Designed with an emphasis on openness, natural textures, and seamless flow, this Bali-style cottage brings together modern elegance and peaceful luxury living.
