Born as the youngest child of Camilo Fernandes and Betha Fernandez, Caesar inherited more than a business foundation — he inherited a way of life defined by humility, resilience, and the courage to create.
From an early age, he carried an unshakable conviction to build something meaningful. Choosing experience over convention, he stepped away from formal education to pursue entrepreneurship — guided closely by his father, whose mentorship laid the foundation for his journey.
What began with just two carpenters and an unutilized unit was not merely a business start, but the beginning of a lifelong pursuit of creation. Starting with doors and windows, Caesar discovered his natural inclination toward design, space, and functionality.
Identifying potential in prefabricated wooden structures, he ventured to China, studied manufacturing systems firsthand, and introduced wooden cottages into the Indian market. Driven by a deeper vision — to build in India, for India — he transitioned into manufacturing, giving birth to Wooden Homes India.
Today, leading a team of 100+ professionals, Caesar continues to expand the Camilsons Group across industries and geographies — with over 2,000 structures executed across the country.
